Episode 37: In Memorium: NBA
Dear National Basketball Association,
I can't believe this NBA lockout is still going on.
Lets get these players into training camp so they can be in a court as SOON as possible.
Sincerly, An NBA addict.

Episode 35: FNO vs. BNO
This weekend was very hectic for me. I visited 2 events that were VERY out of my league (and when I say out of my league, I mean we aren't even playing the same game).
FNO: Fashions Night Out...

This was my first year attending Fashion Night Out (F.N.O.) and I must say I had a BLAST! First of all, if you tell me there are complimentary drinks, you had me at "HELLO"! (Have you ever had a pomegranate martini?)
Fashion Night Out is a night where people could dress the way they truly want to in the name of FASHION (Yazzz...FEEYUSS *snaps*). I am ashamed to say I didn't take advantage of that opportunity (you guys know me and colors go together like chalk to a chalkboard) but I sure will next time. You could go to almost an fashion district (i.e. Soho, 5th ave, etc.) and there are stores playing music, giving out FREE stuff and being hosted by celebrities. (I heard Drake was at YSL, and Ciara was on Soho.) I was invited by my best friend to go to Lord and Taylor...

Moment of Silence
Today marks the 10th anniversary of the devastation at the World Trade Center. I hope everyone had the chance to pray for someone, whether it was a victim, someone directly affected or someone indirectly affected.

Episode 34: Schools Back In Session
Along with the passing of labor day comes with the smell of new notebooks and sharpened pencils...well at least for me.
Sidenote: Speaking of Labor Day
I heard about the immense amount of violence that occurred during the labor day parade. I don't understand why a large group of people can't come together without violence; more specifically BLACK people. Allow me to be raw for a moment. Black people always talk about being followed around stores and having people look at them funny, but with events like shootings at a labor day parade, can you really blame them?
